Aurora Feint Back on the App Store

After all that fuss, Aurora Feint is finally back again on the App Store.

With this update the contact list in your iPhone will not be extracted without prior notification. The contacts in your iPhone will be collected only if you press the Submit button in the Community page while playing the game. Even if the contacts are at all extracted, they will be encrypted.

Aurora Feint still claims that they never stored the contact details on their web servers. What do they do with the contacts then? While the fact is still a mystery, we are just happy to know that they have completely removed contact list integration.

In the next update, Aurora Feint developers are planning to implement a Nintendo-style friend code system, which is good. For now, we are just glad that this game has been deployed again and is still free.
