Aurora Feint: No More a Free Application?

Aurora feint is a game that everyone will find interesting. Yes, Aurora Feint is an addictive game and more addictive for being a free game. But, the game is no more in App Store and I have to suffer now because I just uninstalled the application to fix some crashing issue of my iPhone.

The developers of this game are probably planning to deploy this game as paid application now. For now, we just need cross our fingers and wait for the retail price. For those of you who have not heard about the game, here is the gist of the game.

The game is all about assembling three or more similar blocks vertically or horizontally to make the blocks vanish and not to populate the screen. You are in a soup when the screen is filled with the blocks. As you gain more points you have the option to go and purchase power, tools and magicbooks to enhance your score, which is all cool.

You can shuffle the blocks either by moving them with your finger or just shake or turn your iPhone/iPod. There are different areas in which you can play (mine, smith and tower). The store is where you make your purchases. The graphics and background music is all cool.

However, there are things that the developers need to fix if they are looking at deploying the game as a paid application.

The music stops after playing for more than 30 minutes and the game becomes really quiet. This is not good and must be fixed before deploying.

Sometimes in between the game, the store page pops up prompting players to purchase powers, magicbook and tools. This is rather annoying and needs to be fixed, or at least toned down a bit.

With these issues fixed, the game really deserves to be a paid app.
