This is an update for the earlier report I made on Aurora Feint. It is confirmed that Apple intentionally removed this game from the App Store over privacy concerns. The way the developers of this game openly collected contact details of users was not in conformation to the policy of Apple and users too find it sneaky.

One of the developers of the game, Danielle Cassley however, clarifies that they were not trying to be sneaky or do something nasty and further noted that the data collected were never stored on their servers. A re-constructed version of the game has been submitted according to the same source. Apple is reviewing the new Aurora Feint.

Users who still have this game on their devices can go on playing as Apple does not have the mechanism to initiate mass removal. You will only need to update the game once the new version is out. The question of the game still free with the update is not known yet.
