I have been experiencing the iphone crashing and I do the restart. But recently after I tried restarting the iphone it was stuck on the apple logo. Even plugging it into my laptop would not correct the problem. I had to restore the iphone by entering the restore mode ( holding down sleep and home button until the restore mode is activated). This happened to both my iphone and my mother’s iphone. I discovered that if I hold the home button until the home screen appears everytime I close any app, my iphone never crashes. I have been crash free for a week now.
