Update: iPhone Apps from Stanford University?
Looks like the expansion and excitement surrounding the App store has reached a new level. The Computer Science Department of Stanford University has cataloged the following course for the Autumn 2008-9: session
“CS 193P iPhone Application Programming”
What’s more, that course will be taught by Paul Marcos, an Apple employee in the Stanford University campus!
What about the NDA now? As we reported earlier, WordPress are already sharing their Open Source code for their iPhone application. So what is going to happen now? Does Apple approve the course? Are they going to remove the NDA finally?
We have to wait and watch this one. Let’s hope some stunning applications are coming to the App store.
