App Store Refund?
Have you been able to get the refund from Apple for those Apps that have been removed for good or bad? Not an easy thing, as even At & T would tell you. Regarding the “tethering” (read violation of AT & T’s Terms of service) issue of Netshare they were given the following reply by Net Share’s blogger Alex Lovett:
…normally for all our apps we do have a 30 day refund policy, but it is simply not possible to do that with the AppStore as it is all operated and handled by Apple.
It seems that Apple then ping-ponged AT &T back to Null River:
As previously stated, unfortunately there isn’t anything I can do for you. All iTunes purchases are final, and I am unable to refund you for the app….You will need to contact NetShare directly, as this is their product and we can do nothing with it. You can contact them from the link below:

Moral of the story: Be wise. Review and check an application thoroughly before buying it. Otherwise, make a huge hue and cry to make an app obsolete if you have bought it. However, that’s not the end of the story:
1. If the developer provides the refund s/he is stands to lose a pretty big amount since Apple keeps 30% for “store-keep”.
2. Will Apple pay, if they delete an App remotely and (suddenly)?
3. And who actually has the responsibility for refunding anyway? The fact that Apple actually did provide refunds two two customers makes the whole thing even murkier.
