Free App of the day: 2Fat
This is a handy health and fitness app for weight-conscious people who want to keep track of their fat percentage and BMI (Body Mass Index). BMI is a statistical ratio where height, weight ratio is taken into consideration to see whether a person has an ideal weight, is obese or underweight.
The app features two scroll wheels: you enter your weight in one, and your waist size in the other. The app then calculates your body fat percentage. you can also tap the BMI button, enter your height and weight, then check your Body Mass Index.
However, this app does not give a reference chart giving the break up of how much fat percentage is ideal–I would’ve thought this was essential for a fitness application. Also, similar info on what BMI is acceptable, and what kind is cause for worry is missing. It would have been nice if this app could advice us on how we could reduce our weight.
Nonetheless, it is a useful and simple, health and fitness app which lets you you keep track of your weight conveniently and constantly.

We have been absolutely blown away by the response to this basic tester app. Due to the great interest, we decided to release a more complete version (2Fat +) which I think will meet your expectations.
