How to fix iPhone GPS Problem

Is your GPS not working after you upgraded to 2.0.1? Many iPhone users are reporting that the GPS just doesn’t respond after upgrading to 2.0.1. We weren’t sure if it was a software problem, and whether Apple should get all the blame. For some users the GPS works well as usual and some users even reported that their GPS response is pretty faster after the upgrade.

But Apple has now figured out the problem. Here’s a quick step that you can take that might as well fix the problem.

  • Go to Settings and turn off the Location Services
  • Turn on the Location Services after a few seconds.

This simple trick has fixed GPS problem for some users who upgraded to 2.0.1. Hope this fixes yours too. If not, let us all wait for response from Apple for a permanent fix.

The Solution above don’t fix the problem on my iPhone 2.0.1 … but another… go to settings and turn off the location services and restart the iPhone (turn off & on :-) ) then after pocket os x loaded , go to settings and turn on the location services! GOOD LUCK
