Just two days before the Beijing Olympics, here comes an app for sports and iPhone lovers. You can now directly get Olympic data from the official Beijing Olympic Website.

This medal tracker allows you to keep track of which country wins how many medals through a colorful interface.  The top 5 medal winners are listed in terms of country, gold, silver and bronze. There is also the option to search for individual countries.

Getting Olympic data in your phone is surely sleek. But there are a few problems. The app is a bit restricted in terms of information. For instance, it is a bit puzzling not to find the names of all the participating countries in the App.

Handy app, but slightly limited and a bit overpriced.
