Apple and AT&T Sued for Selling iPhones

There are some network problems every now and then, but the sales record of iPhone 3G is ever growing, the exact reason for William Gillis from California to sue Apple and AT&T. The lawsuit is categorically for having sold too many iPhones.

Yes, this man has submitted a 18 page lawsuit against Apple and AT&T for overselling the iPhone 3G. The lawsuit outlines how iPhone 3G sucks excessive network juice from AT&T transmitter towers for getting proper 3G signal and the existing in-sufficient network connection compared to the number of iPhone 3G in use. Apple is sued for oversupplying the iPhone 3G and AT&T for deploying a sub-standard network to end users.

The lawsuit demands that iPhone 3G users who have faced network problem in California region be given damage/repair compensation. Comments are not available at present either from Apple or AT&T. This lawsuit is the second in a row regarding 3G network issues.
