PhoneSaber was forced out of the App Store because of copyright infringement. THQ Wireless, copyright owner of all Star War games for mobile phone has given a go ahead gesture to Pocket Gamer to deploy PhoneSaber back on the App Store with a slight change of the name, “Phone Saber Unleasehed.”

The application was not that popular, but the controversy has somehow made it famous. We feel happy for the developer and for us time to swing our iPhones to hear the clanking and swooshing sound of the light sword.

Seriously, is this application also not like the Slasher removed for being labeled as violent and offensive? Oh, that was a sharp kitchen knife and this one is a laser sword and this one emits clashing sound not horror sounds. That’s it, PhoneSaber Unleashed will be back later this month.
