I am personally a fan of the history feature of this healthcare and fitness app. The display, specially the graph mode is pretty neat as well as pretty efficient. This one is really a nice way is to keep track of your body weight and for keeping yourself physically trim and on the edge.
A simple app that does exactly what it is supposed to do.
I have this healthcare app on my iPhone and it is helping me from becoming overweight. So far the reasoning has been that any time I indulge on some oily eating spree I remember that it might make me bulky and I stay off that stuff for, well, as long as my will power holds.
