The tragedy

Dropping my iPhone 3G was very sad, that happened a week ago when I was away to see the beautiful Kentucky winter sunrise. The trekking part was awesome, but first my iPhone slipped from my pocket and plunged into a shallow stream. I fished it out in a flurry and stripped the cover off to make sure that water does not get inside. Then I shake the phone, it slipped from my right hand and landed on one of the hard rocks. That was the extreme part, the back cover got heavily scratched and the glass on the iPhone camera got shattered.

The Search

Three days ago I came back and my search for a iPhone replacement cover began. iCustom guys always have something for everything Apple. Yes, thanks to Gizmodo for making the search easy and short. iCustom, as a company promotes customization of our personal belongings, think of the beautiful paintings they do on the front and backside of electronic devices, and of course the well made wooden case for mobile phones. The intelligent workforce in the company have done something more this time. The recent sale of iPhone 3G replacement cover has made the company also become strippers of devices. The replacement cover looks strong; you can see the complete gut of your iPhone from outside. Some people have already fallen for the naked beauty of the cover.

My next search was how to order the shipment as the transparent cover has to come all the way from Russia. The website of the company does not provide the detail information of their sales process. Moreover, after reading a bunch of reviews and news about the transparent cover, I finally came to know that  some bits and pieces are missing in the cover, such as the camera. Have someone managed to get the real look of the case and know the procedure to purchase this cover? Or have we all been fooled again?
