Next gen iPhone would have video recording feature
Hold your horses people! We are not done yet with the next gen iPhone. I know that you are still skeptical about the feature packed iPhone OS 3.0 for one main reason. You want video recording feature right?
Well, if you are to believe in reliable rumor sources (disclosed to Appleinsider), there you are. Video recording feature is coming with the next gen iPhone. Though details are few at this moment, the rumor source disclosed that video recording capability requires upgrading the rear facing camera and several hardware tweaks. Apple at the moment is working hard on these details.
Earlier there was this rumor that Steve Jobs doesn’t want the iPhone being used for recording cheap video clips. We were wrong there, Apple intentionally omitted the feature to get it right, when they do launch the feature. The same source revealed that the next gen iPhone probably would be available sometime between late spring and early fall of 2009.
It is probable that Apple would provide Movie Recorder app as a build in application like the Voice Memo Recorder in iPhone 3.0. There are also words that the next gen iPhone would have faster and more capable internet connectivity. For now, it’s too good to hear that this long missed feature is coming to the iPhone finally.

I’ve used my phone to film police abuse. All you have to do is jailbreak your iPhone and you can get an application call Cycorder. It’s quality is amazing and my guess is it’s functionality will end up being better than the built in solution. Just like Snapture.
Ture
True spencer, I just tried its pretty neat..I feel only missing feature is uploading to youtube
iPhone Video Recorder from Dream Catcher has lot more features and lot better than Cycoder.
