If Apple is going to take action on any organization or individuals for replicating the App Store, there are now at least two companies in trouble. After the launch of the Cydia App Store by Jay Freeman, we have another App Store called “Rock your Phone” opened recently.

This new App Store is exclusively for distributing innovative applications. At present there are only few applications and the pricing ranges from free to as high as $9.99.

The best deal in this new store, however is the choice to trial any of the application for 10 days after which you either have to the purchase the  app or dump it. Payment for the applications available here can be done through paypal or any any standard credit cards.

I repeat, you can trial any applications for 10 days and return the app if you are not satisfied. Flashlight, fart apps and other funny applications would have no place in this App Store.

For installing applications from this store, you first need to have a jailbroken iPhone and install a desktop client that installs the store on your phone. Is this Store going to be one stop for users to get innovative applications?
