The game

iFighter Lite is a classic shooter game like Sky Force Reloaded, which we reviewed earlier. You are the ace pilot and are assigned the most important mission to destroy strategic military establishments of the enemy. The game takes you back to the Second World War and you are out to take down the Nazis. 

You have unlimited rounds of machine gun but have only three bombs. Open up the game, select either the touch control or tilt control to start the mission. I prefer the tilt (accelerometer) control though, as I can concentrate more on the game without caring to slide on the device left to right and top to bottom. 

Now, when you start the game, your plane would automatically start shooting machine gun rounds, you just need to tilt your device and direct the gunfire on enemy tanks, vehicles, planes and mortar launchers. The point system is simple too, it depends on how many stars and badges you collect in your mission. After taking down enemy planes, tanks, vehicles, etc, you need to collect the stars and badges from the destroyed spots. 

You would also get the chance to upgrade your gun power if you can collect the multi barrel icons after taking down powerful enemy guns. Activate one bomb when the game just starts to upgrade your gun power. This is one trick I found out. 

Activating the bomb button destroys all enemy establishments on the screen. As you have only three bombs, it’s good to keep the bombs as long as you can and use it only when you feel that the enemy firepower is about to cripple you. 

Sounds, graphics and settings

The metallic sound when your plane is hit, exploding sound of planes and tanks, whizzing sounds of bullets and bombs are all engaging. The graphics would remind you of those war pictures based on the second World War and you won’t have complaints for sure. The game is all yours once you download, you have the option to set ideal calibration position of your device, select auto fire or manual (tap to fire) option, adjust the music and sound volume and select the control option.
