We’ll miss you Jobs this spring: WWDC would be quiet without you
Dear Steve Jobs, it’s really sad to think that we won’t be seeing your mantis like stature, blue jeans and your black turtleneck shirt till the beginning of summer 2009. It has been hard for all Apple fans to see
Phil Schiller delivering keynotes in your stead. Not that we are unhappy about Schiller, we have lately become so comfortable with the thought that you are the immortal mouthpiece of Apple, the saint and the savior.
Developers from around the world would be gathering in the Moscone hall to take a sneak peek of the softwares and the hardwares that Apple has made for the iCommunity. They would all miss you and most of all it would really disappointing if the long expected iPhone(s) is not launched then. Will the launch of the iPhone be delayed till your return?
Phil Schiller is a good orator, and I was very impressed with the way he showcased the new 17 inch Macbook Pro during the Macworld Expo 2009, but nothing is more magical and exciting than the way you slide out the iPhones from your pocket and the Macbook air for a thin envelop. Does Apple need to wait for this magical impression for you to make to launch the new range of iPhones?
The two iPhones were launched during the WWDC events, hope you understand that most of us who would be attending the conference would be disappointed if Apple breaks away from the tradition with or without you.
We have seen enough of Mac OS X, Leopard and iPhone OS 3.0, it’s only the new iPhone(s) that seems to be making our mouths water. Do let Phil Schiller introduce the faster and more efficient new iPhone(s). And yes we also wait for your return, if not as the CEO at least as Chairman at Apple.
