A Funny Name Analyzer Free- Don’t go by the description given in the App Store.

It reads: “Curious about what your name means? Enter your name into the name analyzer and it will tell you what each letter of your name means!”

But I am telling you this app is a “collection of adjectives”. The app does not give you meaning. One screen, a column to enter a name, two buttons, that’s the application. And the app is really funny and so simple.

When you open the application, there is a screen to enter any name. There are two buttons, Analyze and random. Tap on Analyze, you’ll get first set of adjectives. Then each time you press random, it gives you another set.

There is a link that allows you to send the interpretation page to your friends. The developer claims that the application knows the time of the day when doing the name analysis, so you may get different results for the same name at different times. Haven’t tried this feature yet, maybe it’s true.

After using the application for a while, I realized that whatever name you enter, the app displays adjectives starting with the letters in the order they appear in your name.

No sounds. What do you expect on a single screen app? If you are looking for flashy color stuff and cool animation you’ d be disappointed too. No hard feelings. It is just fun that way.

Use this app for fun, try different names and have a good laugh with your friends. I observed that the app displays many good attributes for every name with one or two bad qualities in between. The application is somewhat wise there.

If you want to find the real meaning of your name, you’ll have to try other options. Are names meant to be acronyms?
