When someone attack your castle, have you ever thought grabbing the attackers and flinging them away is the best of defense? Knights Onrush from Chillingo has that simple defense theme combined with powerful weapons to keep away enemies from the gate. 

Knights Onrush is the latest castle defense game in the App Store that has all the fun elements that you can ever imagine in an exciting game. 

Hordes of knights, foot soldiers, magicians are coming to tear down your castle. Pick them up and throw them in the air, put them into a burning fire cauldron or sacrifice them to a hungry dragon and earn points to fortify your castle. 

Destroy their powerful canons and fire powers by simply picking them up and tossing in the air. Do not underestimate the power of the enemies, they have diverse range of abilities. There are flying soldiers and invisible ones too to create havoc. 

Remember to upgrade your defense system when you have earned enough gold credits. You need to change your wooden gate to steel, gold, magical so on to season through the levels offered in each of the game locations. In all the locations there are fixed number of days to survive. 

There are two game modes, Campaign and Endless modes. In the campaign mode, there 12 different castles to defend with defined numbers of days to survive. There would be tough decisions to make, such as the head breaking guess work either to purchase a cannon or upgrade your castle’s gate. Victory or defeat is a matter of strategical and quick thinking. 

There are many fun and surprise elements that you’ll find in this wonderfully rendered 2D presentation. Graphics are exceptionally colorful whether you are in the desert or forest. Game sounds are equally engaging too. 

Knights Onrush is on sale for $0.99 which I say is a steal. The game is for all ages and for those people who love Castle Defense game and polish graphics.
