Kooleido a cool app to make fantastic photos on the iPhone

Who does not love playing with photos on the iPhone? Hmm, there are no raised hands; thus Kooleido probably is the application you were searching for.

Kooleido, a photography application from Sarang Bhavsar allows iPhone users to generate breathtaking animated images out of pictures you have on your iPhone or those that you take instantly from within the app.

Open the application, import any image from your photo album and create a kaleidoscope view of the image. Pinch, pan, zoom in or out and shape the image to your desire and instantly save your creation. I played with the pictures of my girlfriend mailed her the previous day. Yes, she was kinda, whatta… how did you create that?

The simple answer was to take out my iPhone and smile. That was a surprise indeed and the interjection was “developers are getting crazily creative.”

Well, that’s not exactly what you are suppose to do with this application. This application is for viewing beautiful pictures in more extraordinary kaleidoscope view.

Kooleido is super interactive and intuitive, a simple touch on the screen can prove you that. The pattern is flawless, you can select hexagonal, square and semi arc displays.

If you are a fan of photography, art and visualization applications, Kooleido is a must have application. If you are not in the group, I still say the app is just awesome for the sake of playing around with photos.

I treat this application more as a game than a photography app. This is one awesome application that needs no introduction.
