A Fake Caller on the iPhone to get you out of sticky situations
This may not be the kindest thing to do, but if you are absolutely dying to get out of a boring or sticky situation, then A Fake Caller would seem like a guardian angel.
Well, here is your guide to faking it. Type in a name either from your contact list or create one. Assign wall paper and caller image from your photo roll or album. You can give it its own ringtone too.
Decide when you want the call to come, either using the time or delay based option. You can also have a quick call back either in 5, 10, 20 or 45 seconds. Tap on ‘fake it’ to set the fake wheels in motion.
Once you’ve set your fake call settings, your iPhone will show a fake screen, but with a working unlock slider. When the call comes, you can either tap on decline and the screen will resume the fake home screen look. Or you can answer the call and the fake caller will exit.
Just make sure that you act normal when you use A Fake Caller. If you look like you are faking it, and you are caught, then you would be jumping from the frying pan into the fire.
