iPhone 3GS the king of Smartphones: ChangeWave survey report
It won’t be news at all if I say ‘the iPhone is hot’ (not the heating temperature). iPhone users and industry analysts know that the iPhone 3G is the one and only Jesus phone and the iPhone 3GS the perfect one. There ain’t a pinch of exaggeration or hype in claiming that the iPhone 3GS is a killer smartphone.

Dominance of the iPhone 3GS over other smartphones has been proved in a recently concluded survey conducted by ChangeWave. The survey report compiled from responses of over 4000 people placed the iPhone as the most popular smartphone.
Fourteen percent of the respondents reportedly said that they would be purchasing a smartphone device in the next 90 days. Of the respondents who replied would be purchasing a smartphone, a whopping 44% opted for the iPhone, 23% for BlackBerry and 8% for Palm made device (implicitly the Pre).
Now, you may think that the high demand for the iPhone is due to the revised price of the iPhone 3G 8GB. You’ve guessed it wrong! Eighty-six percent of those people who voted for the iPhone are going for one of the iPhone 3GS models and not the $99 iPhone 3G 8GB model. There are reports that Apple has stopped counting the sales of iPhone 3G 8GB (I made up this part).
Despite the unfavorable economy and burning news (now the temperature) of the iPhone 3GS, the iPhone models are becoming more and more apple in the eyes of smartphone buyers. The real iPhone killer is yet to be even conceived. Kudos Apple!

wow. fail. this report doesn’t even include Nokia or LG. Nokia easily sells 3-4 times as many phones or more as apple.
