You were all right, when you cried Eric Schmidt should resign from Apple Board. 

Apple has Safari, Google introduced their Chrome, Apple has iPhone OS X, Google has their own Android. Finally, Apple has Mac OS X, Google would be launching their Chrome OS soon. These two companies are going to aggressively compete with each other like never before.

Eric Schmidt still sitting as the board member at Apple has been much debated in view of the conflict of interest between the two companies. 

As expected Eric Schmidt has finally resigned from his position on Apple’s Board. 

Schmidt joined Apple’s Board in 2006. Well, that was sweet three years association with Steve Jobs and everything Apple. Adieu Mr Schmidt and fare thee well.
