TomTom navigation app for $99.99
Good news for those of you who were ready to throw away $99.99 to get a good navigation app on your iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS. At 1.21 GB size, I am guessing the app would no doubt provide the long list of features given in the description.
It is going to be a tough decision whether to grab this or not. I again level my accusation on Apple for not having the refund policy in place. Purchasing something that costs $99.99 but which turns out to be crappy isn’t a very good joke. What if it the application is not as good as one of those navigation apps in the App Store that cost $35 or $29?
Going by brand name isn’t wise all the time.
Well, enough of ranting. TomTom International BV is not charging the way AT&T charges $9.99 monthly for using AT&T Navigator. You gotta pay only one time. Nevertheless, why charge the same price for a standalone GPS unit for a software?
