ITGO-Interval Trainer as the name suggest is an application that you can use while doing a light or an intensive interval workout. This application is an all in one gift from Appnoose Ltd. It’s the timer and the music player that would help all of us burn off some extra fat, boost metabolism and think of fitness once in a while.

ITGO-Interval Trainer GO is a complete training application with a simple interface that needs no tutorial to get started. There are three main buttons, Timer, Settings and Sounds.

Timer is the main page where workout time and interval time are displayed graphically. Under Settings, you need to set the desired time of your training, interval and the ratio between fast and slow. In Sounds page, you can select the type of audio prompt, set the volume, toggle music off or on, select playlist, etc.

Music volume and alert sounds are loud, which would very much be audible if you are not in an overcrowded and noisy place. We don’t usually do Interval training in those places anyway.

ITGO -Interval Trainer GO indeed is an product of a serious thought, which has also been implemented beautifully. With this application in your pocket there is little chance of overdoing things. Most of all, you may no longer need a personal trainer around you always if you are not into intensive training.
