DigiMagic is a mystical application on the iPhone
It’s raining magic tricks in the App Store. DigiMagic from bbiigg Applications Inc is here to put us under its charm with a magic trick.
When we open up the application, we are introduced to a wizard called Zaedyn who is going to read our minds. Our part is to think of a number between 1 to 50 and let the wizard figure it out. The most important thing is to keep the number to ourselves and not let it out to anyone. That is the novelty of the application, to see if the wizard’s magic really works when the number is such a secret.
Zaedyn on his part will show us a series of pages filled with numbers in rows, and we have to look through them and see if the number we have in our minds is included in those pages. If it is, we have to touch the ‘yes’ button, and ‘no’ if it is missing. At the end of six pages, we will see the number ‘magically’ appear on the wizard’s orb.
When I first tried the application, the wizard couldn’t decipher my number, but that is probably cos I wasn’t concentrating hard enough. So a useful tip would be to focus on the pages and seeing carefully whether the number is among them or not. After all, if the wizard has to read out minds, we better be in sync with his mind too.
If Zaedyn is having problems reading our minds, he will ask us to touch the orb. Personally I thought that this adds a mystical touch to the whole experience. But if you take into account the wizard and the orb and the graphics altogether, it IS a mystical experience.
DigiMagic is a good app to amuse ourselves and amaze others with. So go ahead and put everyone around you in a DiGiMagic spell.
