Your Pet Zombie is the coolest pet on the iPhone

This is something that can happen only in this game – having a zombie for a pet. And it is no ordinary zombie that looks sleepy and walks about listlessly, but a perfectly horrible creature that we can tweak around to our whim and fancy.

In Your Pet Zombie, we have to take care of our zombie like any other pet, and that means keeping it fit and fine with a daily dose of human brains. To start with, we can place him anywhere on the screen where we think he can feast on survivors the best. A slight touch on the zombie wakes him up, and then tapping on the survivors who tiptoe past him tags them in the order to be devoured.

Remember to pick up the brains left behind of their carcasses. They come in handy at the zombie shop where we can purchase upgrades and unique abilities. If we think that a zombie’s life is all about catching survivors and gorging on them, well, we are very wrong, for our pet here even has a girlfriend and a pet puppy himself. They are also available at the shop, albeit after quite a lot of brains have been collected. The puppy and girlfriend are not only arm candy, for they do their mean part in helping the zombie.

When our pet is too well-fed and gets fat, we the good masters have to drag the survivors to him as he becomes too bulky to move around. There are four seasons of zombie fun. The challenges keep the game play interesting and there is never a dull moment with such a pet. No one ever said that it is easy having a zombie for a pet, and I don’t think anyone will say that it is boring either.

Panda Cake has promised more updates and even a celebrity zombie girlfriend. If that is not pet heaven, I don’t know what is. A pet zombie is the in thing at the App Store right now!
