WordWeaver is a game not to miss out on the iPhone
A word game with an Aztec theme; now that is something new! WordWeaver from Mini Monster Media may appear like an ordinary word game at first with the primary objective to form words. But take a deeper look, and it has many interesting facets to it hidden in the lattice of the interface.
We can create words simply by moving across the board in any direction we want. The longer words we can come up with, the more points we get. Now comes the cool bit about WordWeaver; we can arrange the letters in the lattice by changing the weave. We simply have to tap on the arrows at the ends of the rows to do that. This modifies the whole game play and gives us a chance to come up with new words.
If we are not feeling patient enough to arrange individual rows, we can shake the device and the letters get scrambled up on their own.
WordWeaver has two game modes; Quick and Career mode, and they are what their names suggest. Difficulty modes are also provided to let us play according to our skill. We can also choose to play 4×4 or 5×5 board sizes. There are 30 levels of game play to plough through, but the game never gets dull because of its unique lattice set up.
We can also blow our own trumpets on leaderboards both on a friend and global level. WordWeaver goes beyond the simple game word to test our vocabulary to the limit. All the added features make it much more exciting than the usual fare. This is one word game we won’t want to be missing out on.
