Pokerdash on the iPhone challenges us to deal the best hands

pokerdashPokerdash takes a leaf out of poker to come up with a fun and exciting game. It is based on the aspects of poker, but it combines a little bit of solitaire and adds in the strategy of puzzle games too.

The objective of the game is to deal the three best possible hands we can out of the cards. We simply have to tap any of the three hands where we want to place the next card. There is a point target for each round, and we can progress to the next only when we score as much or more than it.

Pokerdash has two games modes. In the Classic mode the game carries on without much pressure, but in Timed mode, we have to beat the clock while making every move. The latter mode has achievements to be unlocked, all enabled through OpenFeint. We can also announce our victory on it if we so desire.

For poker aficionados, the types of poker hands should not be much of a problem and they will know what exactly they need to deal to score big. The better the hand, the higher the score is. While a pair will fetch us only one point, a royal flush will hike our score up by twenty-one points.

The cool bit about Pokerdash is that anyone can play it, even if not one of the aficionados like I mentioned earlier. The instructions are very clear cut, the game play is simple, and the description of the various poker hands will clear any confusion.

Add to that attractive graphics with a well-laid out design, and we have a winner on our hands. Pokerdash can be pretty addictive, for it is a relaxing game and yet with a challenging edge to it. And yes, we can get to be the World Champion too, so that is more than enough to give us an adrenaline rush.
