Just the other day a friend had asked me if I have any nice ‘forward’ text messages in my phone, and I had to reply in the negative. And it’s true, I really haven’t been receiving any good ones lately, not good enough to resend them anyway. This application from FlySoft has several categories of texts based on a Christmas theme. There are specific wishes for relatives, girlfriend, boyfriend, friends, colleagues and others. It is not only restricted to Christmas wishes, but also New Year greetings. There is a separate category for special toasts, and what a welcome relief they are, for we all know how toasts can leave us tongue-tied most times.

Not leaving our sense of humor behind in this season of mirth, there are a bunch of jokes too. And as Christmas brings with lots of celebrations and parties happening, SMS BOX includes invitations that we can simply text to guests. It also has ways of saying Marry Christmas in different languages, from German and Japanese to Serbian and Welsh.

And because sometimes pictures say more than words, the application contains Funny, Xmas Love and Greeting cards. We can edit the message that come along with the cards and put our own lines in. I personally liked the funny cards; there is quite a nice collection in there.
We can send all these variety of texts through SMS, MMS or mail. Each text or card has these three options accompanying it, so it is but a simple task to send it across to our friends.

SMS BOX has colorful and attractive graphics in keeping with the Christmas look. If there is anything lacking in this application, it would be ‘more’ of everything. We can check out the Lite version to get an idea of what the application is all about, but I think that this version is well worth the $0.99 price tag. So go ahead, spread some Christmas love and cheer with SMS BOX – Christmas time.
