As you start adding these details, each details like the Project name, task name or staff takes you to their sub section where you are required to either choose from existing values or create new staff details/project/task. These values of each of these when created are available throughout the app and can be used as and when required by the user. The general structure of the app includes tasks as a sub- function of the projects where staff is a member of any project or a task. The staff can be added through its section where you can specify details like name, rate per hour, projects or tasks assigned and any other contact or reference information with additional notes. The staff can also be picked from your device contacts to pull basic details but you still need to add work details to the staff member profile. Each task can have properties like timed; include photo notes, tax information, payment details, reference numbers and additional notes. Project also include options similar to tasks, additionally they also include multiple tasks within , a manager assigned to the project, and ability to over ride staff rates from their default rates.
