GeoEmpires iPhone game takes you back to the medieval times putting you in charge to rule, protect and conquer territories. Play as an emperor in the real world by conquering places in your neighbourhood. This Geo-location based game puts you on the actual map just like any navigation app and you can them start expanding your territories by conquering neighbourhood area’s , collecting treasure boxes which can be randomly found in your surroundings.
The rules are simple; you start by actually traveling to various locations watching them on the map that is divided into tiles. By traveling across territories you can conquer free territories and collect treasures that you find on your way. When opponent players travel across your territory they loose some cash and you get paid for each of the opponents visiting your territories. The same goes other way round when you pass over opponent’s territory. You can capture territories owned by other people too, for this you will need to attack the territory by either a raid or takeover action. Both this attacks require you to use your loyalty score. Loyalty is earned by being more active in your territory by moving in it say, walking, running or cycling. As you defeat the lord(opponent) who is also the owner of land in attack, you become the new lord and can use it for further development. Similarly you will face attacks from other players which can be defended by building walls which cost money. As you get wealthier and conquer more territories, you will need to be more active and loyal to your neighbors, you can take a look at your world rankings and medal achievements in the game. Overall the game is rightly built for gamers of every age group who want to have fun in their leisure time or take up extreme challenges against other lords.
