We review iPhone games as well as apps–and though games are (not surprisingly) more popular, our readers seem to take interest in both.

Our reviews are intended to be objective and fair–after all, our readers are interested in what’s worth downloading and rely on our reviews. Still, we know how much work goes into iPhone development, so we’ll try to be nice. If your app doesn’t get a positive review, feel free to drop us a note as soon as you have an update out.

Our app reviews are accompanied by ratings which are based on clear parameters. Apps don’t earn stars quite that easily! We look at interface, game play, sounds, usage and also compare it with other games/apps in the same genre.

While we do appreciate the review requests that you send in, it’s not possible for us to review all of them immediately. All review requests are inevitably put in a queue, and we get to them as soon as possible. The wait time can range between five days to two-three weeks. Thank you for your patience.

If you want to get the most out of your iPhonefootprint review, here are some tips you could follow:

• Send in multiple free promo codes: One is great for the review, but if you send in more than one, we’ll give them to our readers through a ‘wittiest comment’ contest, and the like.
• Include video links: YouTube is preferred.
