Answer: Yes. There are two ways.
1. It is possible to take screenshots of the messages and then send them to your email. But if it is a particulalrly long message the thing becomes a bit irritating.
2. For longish messages you need Ecamm Network's PhoneView, the desktop companion for iPhone and iPod touch for that. This is how it works:
A. Launch the $20 Phone View.
B. Plug in the iPhone.
