According to IDC, RIM has surged ahead while Apple has lost some of its  market share. On the face of it, this looks like a comeback from RIM, but there are other factors that explain this. Windows 7 and iPhone comparison: already?

There has been much talk of Vista not doing well, of demands for XP not to be shelved, and of giving Vista a complete miss and going straight from XP to Windows 7. But no one knew what Windows 7 would be like, so far. Now we have some clues though.
