Chunghwa Telecom, the largest telecom service provider in Taiwan has signed a deal with Apple to launch the iPhone 3G. Chunghwa Telecom has around 300 sales outlet in the country and its partner Senao International Co. has about 200 sales outlet. It is speculated that Apple selected Chunghwa as the exclusive distributor because of its large sales channel. True Move, Thailand’s third largest mobile phone firm has announced that it will be launching the iPhone 3G very soon. The firm said it has signed a deal with Apple.
