I came across a very strange discussion thread on Macrumors; it's about Apple Store not willing to replace OS 3.0 beta bricked iPhone. Why strange? The device is said to be a registered device and the commenter a registered developer and most of all the device is still covered under Apple warranty.  What would you do if you were that person?
