I have seen Apple's Voice Memo application in beta, but never tested the sound quality or the features as it was more fun bragging about the other iPhone OS 3.0 features. Find my iPhone: Why I am not impressed

I don't know why I clapped my hands absentmindedly when Scott Forstall announced Find My iPhone feature that's coming with the iPhone OS 3.0.  The disappointing part is that he didn't say Apple learned from the creator of iHound, Undercover or a bunch of other iPhone tracking apps in the App Store to bring the feature.  These third party applications also track down lost iPhones provided the finder accidentally or intentionally opens any of the tracking applications.
