iPhone launch in Taiwan
The iPhone 3G will be officially launched on December 13, 2008 in Taiwan. As reported earlier, the device will be sold by the largest telecom service provider in Taiwan, Chunghwa Telecom. Pre-sales of the device has started and closes on December 10, 2008. Chunghwa Telecom, with more than 300 sales outlets in the country and its partner Senao International Co. with more than 200 sales outlets is targeting to sell about 50,000 units by March next year.
